Dear Telkom,
Please tell me why I should pay you anything at all when my bandwidth is being cut by 90% during after hours and weekends due to you selling bandwidth that your exchanges cannot handle? Why am I paying you anything when someone else is just using my bandwidth?
I do not know how many times I have to complain, but it has been longer than two years now and I need to see some results.
PLEASE FIX MY INTERNET CONNECTION AND GIVE ME THE BANDWIDTH I AM PAYING FOR.
STOP SELLING BANDWIDTH THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE.
I DO NOT WANT TO 'COMPETE' FOR BANDWIDTH ON AN INTERNET EXCHANGE WITH MY WHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD WHEN I ALREADY HAVE TWO PHONE LINES.
PLEASE STOP 'UPGRADING' CONNECTIONS WHEN YOUR 384 KB/S LINES DO NOT EVEN WORK.
PLEASE REMOVE YOUR FALSE ADVERTISING ABOUT 'FAST AND RELIABLE' INTERNET.
PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ME A CUT-AND-PASTE RESPONSE LIKE EVERY OTHER TIME OVER THE LAST TWO YEARS.
DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE TO YOU AT ALL?
I shall now endeavour to report this to ACASA if I do not see results in the next 5 working days.

Does anyone know of an alternative solution please?.. I am so sick of this I cannot take it anymore to the point of moving out of South Africa.
