Bad data connection

For the last two months the bandwidth in the sunninghill/sandton area has been appalling.
There are clear signs that the Cell C network is over loaded. The bandwidth is fine in the early hours of the morning, but as businesses open at 9 the network collapses. If you live or work in these areas, there is no point in having a Cell C network smart phone.
