I recentley complained about a line we were getting billed for that was not connected to our premises, we were refunded but now it seems virtually impossible for Telkom to connect the line to us, which we want and need. I have reported it over 40 times but every person that comes out says it is not their job and they have reported it to the cable division. I have once again been billed for the line this month - but now there is even usage on it, and the technician that was just here says it is not connected at all - so who has used my line. I am at my wits end, i want the line connected and the refund for the rental and usage, thanks
