Charged for Gigs not even given!

On the 2nd of April I activated a 3Gig month to month data bundle. As minutes and SMSes from the previous month had been cancelled so promptly I thought that if I buy the bundle I would be billed and pay end of May

How wrong I was!! Not only was I charged for month ending April but may as well!
I only received 3 Gig but am paying for 6!
After calling the contact centre the guy explained that vodacoms invoices only round up on the 3rd which is amazing since the minutes they owe me are taken away on the 1st.
The agent then said I will have to pay. I wasted 20min of my time for nothing. He then asked if he could help with anything else, and I'm like I need help with this problem.

Why should I pay for something I don't use or have?!?!?!?

I was always a loyal vodacom customer and never considered other networks but I am so upset that I am going to wait till the call centre opens at 7.30 tomorrow and find out about canceling my contract!

I am extremely unhappy!!
