I had a Telkom line installed at the premises where i used to stay. Ordering the line was quick and easy and i even complimented the service which is constantly complained about.
However... I then moved out of the premises and have now found that cancelling the line is extremely difficult.
I have cancelled the adsl line with MWEB, but when trying to cancel the phone line with Telkom i get cut off constantly and nobody seems willing to help. Each person just puts me through to the next and i end up being cut off. What makes it worse is that i keep getting BILLED!!! i refuse to pay for something that is not used (Usage can be checked) but they have no problem billing me for it.
I have no idea what to do! Dealing with Telkom has proved to be not only painful but exceptionally frustrating.
