Poor service

My land telephone line is faulty since Monday 13 May. I reported it 14 May. Sunday (!!) 18 May a technician phoned and want to work on the line. I was not at home and said I will be home at 16h00. No one came. It has been 8 days and still am I waiting for someone to come check the telephone line. We are connected via telephone line to ADT and now we are not connected. It is unacceptable to wait for so long for a technician.
