No settlement lette

Having come to a settlement agreement on my FNB account, and pretty much starved to meet the obligations, what a relief to have paid off my debt. Promised a settlement letter by David at Brooks & Luyt, but nothing ever arrived. Didn't worry about it, until FNB debited my account for this (settled) debt (causing me to now not have enough funds for school fees - thanks!). Phoned Brooks & Luyt - of course, no more David. Spoke to Siyabonga who promised to email me the settlement letter and then I would have to go and stand in FNB for a refund. This was on Thursday last week, and I have still received no settlement letter. (R60 in airtime, 1 hour loss of income so far in sorting this out, and we can add another hour for standing in the bank, if I ever get this letter). They're all over you like a rash to get settlement out of you, but then THEIR end of the bargain, which would (presumably) be informing FNB to take me off their system, and sending me a settlement letter, no chance. This is disgusting conduct for "legal professionals" - it's wasted my time and caused a big mess for me. I WANT THAT SETTLEMENT LETTER FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING!
