Trying to upgrade

I have been to eastgate to try and upgrade my ph 3 times! Every time there is always something! Today I was told that I hadn't paid my account for two months! She eventually found Octobers payment Nd said she can't find no embers. After begging her to speak to her supervisor she puts me through! She had given him the wrong information as he said he couldn't pick up my payment. As I was in the store I couldn't get on my bank account to check! So I asked him to ph me back in an hour so I could go home to look. He didn't ph back, I had to ph him, I want to upgrade my ph and don't see why I must be in convinced by virgin mobile anymore. He said he can't help me and that I have been paying my account to the wrong bank acc. Trying to blame me. I do not appreciate the manor I have been treated and I feel I have every right to be. Angry. I asked him what is going to be done and he said he will look if I have paid my account! I am not happy the call centre is a disaster.
