Settlemnt letter on account

Hi I have been getting a million calls from MBD about my virgin active account for R1685 which i paid in full and settled. I called Virgin active head office who tell me they have no dealing with account and mbd must sort it out. I expressed to the lady that my account is with virgin it is now paid and i want a settlemnt letter. she tells me that they cant see the payment cause mbd are handling it. I then offered to send her the proof and she says no it wont help. I then contacted MBD who says account is frozen and settlement letter will be sent once funds are reflecting. 2 weeks later and im still waiting WHY MUST I JUMP THROUGH HOOPS TO GET A DAM LETTER??? DONT THESE PEOPLE COMMUNICATE OR IS MBD JUST HOLDING THE FUNDS SO THEY CAN GET THERE MONTHLY INTEREST??? SURELY VIRGIN ACTIVE CAN RESOLVE THIS ISSUE???
