I am due for an upgrade on my contract. On attempting to view the options on the Vodacom website I am informed that my account is in arrears!! Actually it is in credit!!
Trying to speak to somebody at their call centre is like speaking to the mentally challenged. They all want to help but nobody knows what to do, so all they do is pass the parcel to the next sucker!!!
So what to do now - well call MTN, Cell C etc.
