5 MONTHS LATER STILL WAITING FOR MY LETTER

I had an account with Morkels Cape town and my account was handed over to the attorneys for non-payments. But this year (January) I have managed to pay it off and they did confirm that my account was NIL. So I have requested a LETTER confirming that my account is fully paid and I was told to contact Morkels Cape and request the letter from them, which is I did and the Credit Manager couldn't help because she couldn't find my name in their system and I never got the letter. Two months later I received a letter from the attorneys saying I owe them R98.00 called attorney I was told it was a mistake. But still hasn't received the "LETTER" as it is a proof that I fully paid my account
If they can make that mistake who knows what will happen 5 years down the line, they might come back saying my debt was never paid and what will I do?

I have been nagging the lady that works for ADRS SOLUTIONS, but she said there is nothing she can do she is waiting for MORKELS CAPE TOWN. So you are my last resort, hopefully I will get my letter to keep for my records.
