Over a month to fix a contract cell phone

I complained a week ago and i was told that i will get a response and i never did, its now over a month and i don't have my phone back

i demand answers as to why cell c gives there customers such disgusting service

i will never re-new my contract with them

i would like someone to call me back and deal with this issue
