Incorrect billing

About R900 was already incorrectly deducted from my MTN airtime. They say its something Im downloading on the internet. I have phoned 3 times already to the 808 number. I asked that the manager call me back... Im still waiting. MTN said they will send the URL report then I can have a look, if I still dont agree, I can dispute it - still have not received any URL report. The customer service lady also spoke to me in a bad tone, disrespectful! Then I posted on hello peter. They apologised but nothing has been fixed. MTN, check my ID number then you will know my cell number!!! Fix this mess. I want my airtime back.
Cant believe I convinced 2 family members to come to MTN from Vodacom. Big mistake. They always have billing problems. MTN will say they didnt pay, but they have debit orders. MTN, your service is non exsisting and your accounts department are all asleep as they dont know what they are doing.
I expect my R900 refund in airtime!!!
