I AM HONESTLY NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE BAD SERVICE FROM YOU AS A PROVIDER.
I took my blackberry 9300 into cell c Alberton branch, for repairs the second week of December 2012, I was told they will let me know what was wrong with the phone but nothing happened till I went back to the outlet on the 8th of January 2013 to be given a quotation which I rejected and was told I will get back my cell phone within 7 working days. BUT TO MY SURPRISE NOTHING HAS HAPPENED UNTIL THIS DATE AND I AM TOLD THERE'S NO RESPONSE FROM THE REPAIRS CENTRE.
NOW IT'S A PROBLEM TO RETURN BACK WHAT BELONGS TO ME WHILE CELL C WILL ENJOY DEDUCTING MY MONEY AT THE END OF THE MONTH FOR MY CONTRACT??? I need a response asap or will cancel my contract with you guys with immediate effect. I need that cell phone back as I am aware of the hide and seek being played by your repairs department.
