I am so sick and tired of paying my contract every month. i signed up for internet access on my mobile as well. since i have this contract, my internet doesnt work. i took my phone countless times in to the MTN branches in Centurion Mall. I called and spoke to various people at MTN. I got reference numbers. my query was also escalated to a manager at MTN. The data specialist at MTN cant assist me. Finally i requested that MTN cancel my contract with no extra cancellation fee and guess what, they cant even do that! They breach this contract and yet cant cancel it. This is the worst pathetic service i ever recieved from any service provider. They admit guilt but cant give me service yet i pay the premium for the service every month.
