I have been complaining to Vodacom since November 2012 about the bad internet signal we are experiencing in Somerset West, and especially Somerset West Business Park. I was told in December that it would be fixed by March, and when I spoke to Vodacom last week there were no current plans to fix the problem, it's in the pipeline. Vodacom do not realise that companies in the area that work mainly on internet are severely affected by this bad signal. I think I am the only company in the business park that has an antenna to get signal from Vodacom, and still I'm struggling most of the day with internet. This is an extremely serious issue, which needs to be resolved like yesterday, not next year!
