MTN 2 gig Internet/Modem

I purchased a 2 year contract from MTN for 2 gigs internet (Modem). I can barely use it as it hardly ever works on the laptop, cellphones, TV etc. Its a 32 user modem and only 1 person can use it at a time. When i phone the call centre they tell me everything is perfect and if there is a problem its because I have FNB connect on the modem and the more i tell them that its clearly not perfect because I cant use it and the reception in the area is terrible, they argue with me as if I don't know what i'm talking about. I eventually get through to a very patient call centre agent that sat for an hour going through settings and after checking and changing a few things she tells me the internet is a problem in your area and its not the FNB connect so I should please contact MTN to cancel as they are in breach of contract for not supplying a service. NOW trying to get hold of another person to explain the problem and to improve the non existent service which i religiously pay for every month or to cancel the contract. I'M WELL OVER IT, perhaps this will get their attention. Please note the incident date is incorrect as its an ongoing problem.
