I have 3 contracts with Cell C and I have never had a problem with billing until the casual chat contract. I have contacted them more than I can count. Most of the time the consultants do not even log in a query, therefore everytime you call in you have to explain the query all over again. I have been billed for internet usage on a sim which I make calls on and no one there is able explain how or which site I visited (as per their business policy). The last call I made was to suspend the line because I received another ridiculous statement for the contract which is suppose to cost me less then R170 for over R300! I paid it and this month I have received another one for over R400, still no is able to answer my question about this internet usage on a sim which is in my purse and not even in a phone. Now they have suspended all my lines because I have asked the bank to reverse the debit for that sim. Everyone I have spoken to is unable to help or will contact me later or says that the internet usage is valid! I still ask the same questions - how? if I do not use the sim to access internet or does Cell C calls use internet? Cell C for yourself!
