I have applied for the contract an it was approved but not activated immediately bacause i had to wait for month end deduction. i made an arragement with the consultant (James) to come back. i called yersterday morning to check if everything was still ok an i was told that i can come an collect the package (Phone an Laptop) when i got there i was told (by the same consultant) that my documents were missing (copy of ID, payslip and three month bank statements) and I believe those are very important documents to just loose and the worse thing is that they are not even trying or promising to look for them I was just told to bring other copies (payslip). that they need hard copies even if the info was already captured on the system which I already did.
I've always used and trusted vodacom but now... to put me in such a risk is unacceptable, realy!!
