Documents were submitted through our family lawyer mr KENNTH NEMANAME who sent the documents in which we were told that he is the only one resposible in handing over the documents..a month later after submitting the documents we called sanlam and we were told that we submitted the documents of four children wherelse the documents of all five children were needed, our lawyer sent the other documents but still there were no payments made. We called again to find out the cause of the delay and we were told that all the documents were received except for the ID COPIES and an email was sent to our lawyer in which he sent the copies for the second time and still no payments..we made a call again on the 5TH of Nov and we were again told that our accounts are inactive which left us all confused to know what exactly is the REAL PROBLEM??? Can yu please check for me what seems to be the matter cause we cant get our heads around it because we really need that money ASAP..
