In a nutshell - I am so of Cell C that I feel my heart is going to stop just thinking about Cell C
On 25 March 2013 at 14:45 I spoke to Boipumelo who told my number change will not be charge because of the that Cell C has put me through for 3 weeks. - before anyone phones me go listen to that recording.
I am going to take this to CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT IF THIS CANT BE SORTED
This Morning 03 April at about 09:00 - Blanch phones me and tell me I owe cell c Money - over 10 years of service and being a loyal customer - this is it - the road has ended for me with you people.
I will not recommend cell c to family nor friends, the worse freaking service imaginable.
I want a manger or someone in charge to phone me - not a consultant - I am tired of this fighting, it's now 5 weeks - pathetic and sickening to my stomach
