New Contract

I applied for a new contract online from Vodacom about three weeks back and I was called to submit my documents through email which I did. I later called towards the end of last month to follow up on the progress of my application and I was told I would be contacted as soon as possible with news on whether my application had been approved or not. I have been told that since I am a foreigner it takes longer for Vodacom to upload my documents, but I don't think it should take this long its been almost a month now but still no contact from Vodacom.

Please help me out as soon as you can as I feel this case has been neglected for various reasons.
