Vodacom shop provides bad service

On 04 Oct 2013, I went to Vodacom shop in East gate mall to buy a contract laptop. I was assisted by a lady (whom was referred to as a store manager). She took all the required documents namely: Payslip, 3 months bank statement, ID (She returned the original). She captured the information on the system and my application was approved.
On 11 Oct 2013 she phoned and told me that I should collect the laptop. Indeed I got to the shop I was assisted by someone else. I was told that all my personal sensitive information was lost. Therefore they cannot proceed with the transaction. I travelled more than 50 km only to find out that the staff was negligent and I have to suffer the consequences. Alternatively I had to reproduce original documents as they could not take my copies that I had with me. I had to be charged by bank for the statement again. I was brushed off by the staff by saying they will call me on the following Monday in order to resolve the issue. Then I recollected and resubmitted the documents to them.
I had a very bad experience with Vodacom shop: My documents were lost as result negligence or possibly was done internally to commit ;
I was charged twice by the bank
