INCOMPETENT PEOPLE NOT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY!!

PEOPLE BEWARE OF 8TA! THEY PROMISE THE SUN MOON AND THE WHOLE EARTH BUT WHEN IT COMES TO THIS THEY JUST SAY IT IS NOT MY FAULT. I CHANGED MY BANKING DETAILS AS PRESCRIBED BY THEM IN THE WAY THEY PRESCRIBED IT, THEY DID NOT CHANGE IT AND MY LINES WAS CUT OFF. 5 DAYS LATER AND HUNDREDS OF PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS MY LINES - WHICH IS BUSINESS LINES WAS REACTIVATED, I HAVE 4 CONTRACTS WITH THEM. THIS MORNING THEY PHONED ME AND INFORMED ME THAT THE COLLECTION AGENCY OF THEM DID NOT COLLECT THE FULL AMOUNT AND I NEED TO PAY -R900 AND IF I DO NOT PAY THIS MY LINES WILL BE SUSPENDED. I TRIED TO SPEAK TO MANAGERS BUT I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR MORE THAN THREE HOURS BEING TRANSFERRED FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER ONLY TO BE TOLD NO IT IS NOT MY MISTAKE BUT I WILL PUT YOU THROUGH! I AM SO FED UP WITH THIS INCOMPETENCE I AM ON MY WAY TO A LAWYER TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH YOU AS YOU ARE IN BREECH OF YOUR CONTRACT WITH ME. I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS FROM A NATIONAL COMPANY AS BIG AS YOUR. NEOTEL MUST EXPAND THERE SERVICE BECAUSE IT SEEMS AS IF BECAUSE TELKOM HAS THE MONOPOLY THEY CAN TREAT THERE CLIENTS LIKE AND THAT THE MANAGERS IN CHARGE CONDONE THIS BEHAVIOR!
