My line has been switched off for non payment well ques WHAT??? it has been paid. after paying and faxing this morning to both cell c fax lines i phoned the call centre after holding on for the lady that was checking the payment on BOTH my lines the line got cut off (THAT WAS NOW HOLDING ON FOR 20 MIN'S FOR HER CHECKING THE PAYMENT). (no phoning me back or anything). after 6pm my 1 line got cut off and now all of a sudden no faxes has been received... cell c is the most poor service in south Africa all of them are uneducated no one knows whats going on there. I WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL... AND THIS NOW ISN'T THE FIRST AFTER EVERY MONTHS PAYMENT THAT I MADE AND FAX THE PROOF AND PHONING THEY STILL CUT MY LINES AFTER 2 DAYS. PLEASE TAKE THE UNEDUCATED CALL CENTRE AND FIRE ALL OF THEM AND PUT PEOPLE IN THEIR CHAIRS THAT ARE EDUCATED. (not your brother, cousin, friend, sister etc)... PEOPLE THAT KNOW HOW THINGS WORK AND KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS.. NO MORE CELL C FOR ME THANK YOU. 0745530218
