I'm utterly disgusted with mtn. I spent 3 days trying to sort out their Mess. I was on hold for 10 and even 21 minutes wanting to figure out what was wrong with my BIS. I phoned them fro 3 days, calling them 6 times in one day. Well, I'm still baffled! I spoke to probably 6 agents giving me different reasons all from a bad written script. They are all cut from the same cloth of stupidity!! I purchased BIS on 25/02/13 and its scheduled to expire on 25/03/13. No one could explain why it expired on the 21/03/13, I was even assured I would be refunded but several consultants later.. Long story short Mtn please refund me. Compensate me! While we are still there a few months back I phoned in and sent an email as my airtime gets depleted, I suspected that I might have WASP services but I was told no. Well my airtime is still dissappearing. Don't we prepaid clients get the same service as the poatpaid clients? I'm seriously peeved! And no one phones you back.
