Complete Lack of Interest

Yesterday I went to the Vodacom Store Inside Pick n Pay in Northgate to Upgrade my cellphone contract the the Gentleman who assisted me their told me that my Upgrade had been declined and also that I could not take the advertised deal as that was only for new clients seems like 1. Vodacom has no Interest in their existing clients who pay them every month without fail 2. Vodacom does not train their staff effectively to advise clients of what is going on with their deals. Victor then said he would call us today eventually my husband went into the store to see what was going on and was advised that Victor was on lunch he left a message with the other consultant. Victor then phoned back stating the guy at his head office who deals with these deals was off sick and he had emailed some other woman. He advised he only contacted them at 15:00 after my husband was their clearly no service delivery at all seems to me that vodacom has grown to big and has no interested in their existing clients only new clients. I currently have 8 contracts with them and want to cancell them all due to their terrible service or should I say lack their of.
