Vodacom
FAULTY SAMSUNG GALAXY S3 LTE

I obtained my Samsung Galaxy S3 (LTE) mid Jan 2013 on contract. I have had problems with registering on the network since I obtained the cell phone. I notified vodacom of this immidiately. At the time I was informed the problem was either the sim or the settings and not the phone itself. End Jan, the settings on the phone was changed and for the first time, the cell phone worked without any problems however by end February 2013, I again experienced problems with registering on the network. The cell phone was sent away for repairs on 3 March 2013, with default description "Not registering on network". I collected the cell phone 13 March 2013. I was informed that the entire mother-board was replaced and the the cell phone was 'as new'. I again experienced the same problem of not being able to register on the network and was given another sim on 16 March 2013. Once again I am having the same problem of not been able to register on the network. The response from vodacom is to return the phone to 'escalate the repairs'. This is not acceptable and breach of contract as I have been supplied with a faulty phone. The cell should either be replaced with a new cell or contract voided.
