I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 last year, suddenly Vodacom calls me to tell me that because I bought a phone that was new in the market so they offering me a free Samsung Pocket as a gift, I asked if its free three times and the guy said yes its a promo that honourers their customers..the gift was delivered in a week. I later received an invoice including an extra R315, 00 enquired about the matter, they told me I made another contract for the Pocket worth R315, 00 per month for the next 24 months and its linked to the Note 2 so they charge them simultaneously in one invoice, I asked for the call recordings of that day EVEN TODAY!!! I said show me this contract they couldn't produce it... why would I buy a Samsung Pocket for R315, 00 per month when I can get another galaxy note 2 for R 400, 00 per month. I hate Vodacom even today, I advise people not to have contract phones with Vodacom what they say is not what you get.
