I had a simple request to the call centre; what will the cost be to terminate the contract and move to a pay as you go option. They promised to e-mail the information to me within a few minutes. It's been more than 2 weeks and I'm still waiting. I've been a client with MTN for more than 15 years and this is too much to ask. Pathetic service by an iconic brand and company. Service is not their priority.
