Why cant a data bundle purchase be reversed??
I tried buying 100mb data for my ipad from my cellphone only to find it's allocated to my cell.
I am told it cannot be reversed.
Why would I purchase data for a blackberry phone where I have the blackberry service?
Please refund my R50 or transfer it to the nr I wanted it for in the first place..
When I buy airtime for my mother the same way it prompts me for a cell nr and now it did not?
