DATA Bundle Transfe

I have a 3G card that had run out of airtime, it diverted to an internet page that said
"Transfer Data Bundle from any other cellphone, no hassle"

So I purchased a Date Bundle on my prepaid cellphone and dialed the code required, only to receive a reply 'you are not entitled to use this service'. I thought this was odd, but not too problematic. I called the call center and they activated the service.

I was then told that I have to have Airtime on my phone and NOT a Data Bundle to be able to transfer a DATA BUNDLE! Of course I had just used my airtime to buy the Data bundle (which I thought was necessary from the instructions on the website) so no longer had any airtime to transfer. So again was stuck without any data on my 3G card. I asked the consultant if he could reverse the data purchase, but said that was not possible.

I am frustrated that the instructions on the website are misleading and inaccurate! As for 'no hassle' well I cannot say that was in any way true! I then had to spend more money to purchase more airtime. The data bundle on my phone will probably lapse and hardly be used, such a waste of money!
