Blackberry Z10 upgrade disaste

I upgraded my contract on 9 March 2013, from blackberry curve to a Z10, I was informed that the contract takes affect on the 1 April, I am currently on a top up 500.He advised as the phone is data intensive that I load a data bundle, thus loaded 100mb.3 days later, the 100mb bundle was finished as well as all my air time, roughly R400. I have since loaded 3 x R110 airtimes which finish in a one day. It doesnt have whatsapp yet, the data usage would be facebook, twitter and news (internet) browsing. I returned to Vodacom on Sat 16 of March to return the phone and cancel my upgrade as R100 a day on a phone is not sustainable. Talent said the phone was not returnable and I would have to wait 1 hour at customer care to find out why the data usage is so high I dont have the option of swopping back to my old phone as the sims are different. I am now stuck with a phone that I have switched off all data, lest it cost me a further R110 a day It is beyond me why, I cannot return the phone and cancel within 7 days, why I have to waste my time at customer care for something beyond my control, I was not informed of the R2/mb out of bundle data rate. It appears vodacom is ill prepared for this handset.
