2 and a half weeks of no joy!!

A two and a half long battle to get my virgin mobile contract sim working is totally unacceptable.

I have had 2contracts for over 5 years, and the one SIM card has had an error for the last two and a half weeks. I have logged numerous calls and spoken to numerous people with in the call centre to try get this issue sorted, with absolutely no joy! Eventually last week someone managed to tell me that I should try a sim swap, which after a long painful experience I did. The sim swap was done on Wednesday, and I was advised that it would be completed 24 hours later. This unfortunately was not the case. It also made it continually difficult to try contact the call centre again, as the SIM card was not working and I could not phone off it. I have eventually managed to contact the call centre again today (Sunday) and they have informed me that the sim swap has not been done yet, and due to the long weekend it will only be addressed next week, but they cannot give me any garentees.

This is absolutely unacceptable considering I will still be paying this contract for the whole month, bit have not had any use of the line for 2 and a half weeks of this month! I'm horrified at the service!
