I took out the cell c internet dongle 4 months ago after being reassured that the coverage in my area is of a high quality. In the past 4 months, I have been unable to use my monthly data (not even half my data) due to the poor coverage. It is evident that Cell C will do anything, even be dishonest in order to increase their market share. The cheaper data rates are not worth the trouble. I have had enough with the poor service from Cell C even with my Cellphone contract. I tried calling the call centre several times to highlight the issue but their service levels are 0%. On 31 March at 21:38, I called the call centre again and spoke to a drowsy uninterested agent who cut me off. He probably went back to sleep... Cell C - your customer service and coverage is pathetic...
