I've been trying to do a sim swap since last week friday, and today after I managed to get through to the call centre they tell me the 2 sim cards I bought are faulty, even through they are still sealed. Now I must go buy new sim cards but there's no guarantee that they'll work.
I found 3 of their shops (Sandton, Fourways & Cedar Square) closed over the weekend and their call centre number was not going through till today.
I was forced to go take up a contract with MTN because of this and I need to have a phone for my daily business. Why don't they tell us what's going on so we're prepared for such disappointment??
