Cancellation of contract/No sim swap done

On Wednesday, my iphone 5 went from having reception to 'no service'. Eventually I find out from our local branch that my contact was cancelled (which was renewed more than 3 months ago.) How is this possible if I did not give instructions for the cancellation? I wasn't even notified or warmed by this action. I then receive a new sim card for a sim swap. They tell me the card will work in an half an hours time. Thereafter I phone the (pathetic) call centre again, who tells me that my my sim was not activated. Then, I was told, It will take about an hours time. It has been more than 24 hours. I can't phone/sms, do anything. Every second person I phone at the call centre has another story. I don't know what to do anymore?? We are going into the weekend and I don't have any reception. I want an explanation from Autpage: 1.) How can you cancel a contract without any instructions from the account holder, 2.) How long do I still have to wait in order for my sim card activation to work? I will take this matter to the highest powers and to the media. I will not leave this matter here. Autopage's service is beyond terrible. I don't know how you are still in business? I await your revert.
