VIRGIN MOBILE AND WHY YOU SHOULD STAY AWAY!

I have been with virgin mobile for the longest time, recently however, I have started using a blackberry! VIRGIN MOBILE AND BLACKBERRY is like mixing oil and water. I think i must have spoken to every consultant employed at the call centre. Call 1. "mam, you need to wait for your settings to arrive" Call 2. "Blackberry works with BIS, please purchase BIS for the internet to work" Call 3. "Take the battery out and give it some time" Call 4. "You need to buy a new sim card and do a sim swap. Call 5. "Sim swap done" Call 6. "You bought the wrong sim card, the number must begin with 054 not 8927" Call 7. "Sorry, but there's nothing we can do about the money you spent on the BIS, the sim card mustn't start with a 7 or a 5".
Why on earth would no one tell you that there's a specific sim card that you have to buy and that you have to sift through all of the sim cards at a specific outlet to find the right one? Not only does the call centre waste valuable time putting you on hold and hunting for the "golden sim". Its disgusting that no one knows what they're doing. A WASTE OF TIME, MONEY AND SANITY!
