I ordered a 3G modem from the Vodacom Sales department in early May, and promptly cancelled the contract when I discovered that the modem just wouldn't work. Vodacom promised to collect their faulty modem within five days and, as expected, didn't keep their word. Two months on, and i'm still waiting for Vodacom to collect their useless modem and I've been pushed from pillar to post with scant accountability!!! Why is it soo hard to find competent people within Vodacom?
