Poor service and unprofecinal

We got the uncapped lite 3G by MTN in, we applied for the contract on the 19th December 2012 after waiting 2 weeks we were told that it has been approved and all. We were told that we can collect it in 48hours. When we got to the store we were told that we need to take our application to the other MTN store in the Mall they have one Modem in stock they will phone them and let them know that we are coming, we walked all the way to the other store on getting there the people did not even knew what we were talking about (they did not have stock) we went back to the original store and on arrival we were told that they only place orders on a Monday and we will have to wait for next week Monday for the order to be placed. After another 2 weeks we were told by Leo at Highveld Mall in Witbank that the modem we applied for was discontinued, while it was still in there advertising book!! FALS ADVERTIZING!!! We ended up taking another modem at a longer contract seeing we were not willing to wait another 4 weeks for 1. We got the contract on the 2nd January 2013... we were told that we will only receive our 3gig data on the 14th January as this is the day that the 3gig will be a
