I closed my account that vodacom was debiting from because i was not happy with the charges. I went to vodacom outlet in Ghandi square to pay my vodacom account and was told that they do not accept payments i must go to the bank to make payments. They provided me with the banking details. I made a transfer to vodacom and now they charged me R100.00 penalties. I was not told about the charges at Ghandi Square vodacom and i was not told that i must pay 5days before debit order. I close my account towards month end and i get paid on the last day of the month where was i supposed to get money to pay 5 days before month end?
