Mrs JS Duvenhage requested that debit order date be amended from the 25th of each month to the 2nd during November 2013. Received an sms saying that amount of R1 406.83 wil be deducted on 2nd of December 2012. The debit order was then presented for R2 558.13 which was returned by the Bank and penalty of R115 charged. Another sms was received saying that amount of R2 558.13 will then be presented at end of December 2012 but R2 658.13 was then presented on 14/12/2012 again returned by the Bank and incurring a penalty of R115. Went to Vodashop and reported the problem. was told it will be sorted before next debit order run but to no avail. Debit order the past two months disputed at the Bank and penalties of R230 as well as penalties from Vodacom for R300, being the cost of the returned items at the Bank as well as Vodacom fees, deducted from payment made to Vodacom.
