PAY FOR BIS BUT NOTHING WORKING!!!

I drove 60 kilometers to go and pay a 8-ta sim card as i had enough problems with my previous service provider. That was the biggest mistake to do that. We bought two 8-ta sim cards, rica both sims, recharge with R60.00 activate both BIS. The one sim card work and the other one does not work at all. Called the 180 number spoke to 4 different agents that gave me a long story that it can take up to 24 hours to activate my BIS. Why is the one sim card working within 5 min and the other one we on 52 hours no luck??? On firday the 29th March i spoke to Zandile that transferred me to his manager Leon/Leo that promissed me that my service will be up and running in the next few hours and he log a case for me. This morning at 06h00 i called the 180 number again, and found out that there wasnt a case logged. They also explained to me that there is a 72 hours turn-around time for this, well we lost 12 hours due to the fact that there wasnt a case logged. In short i dont want anything to do with this so called service provider and will cancell all my data services and my sim cards. I want my money to be paid back to me so that i can use a service provider that offers you a service. BAD!!!
