I've been using 8ta for 18 months, receiving 10 gig of data monthly without ANY problems. Last month my 10 gig data bundle were suspectably within hours after I received it. I had 4 gig left from the previous month which were "" just before the new data came in - I happened to be on holiday at the time "someone"(according to 8ta) logged into my account.
I changed passwords and secured my system, topped up with 2 1 gig and another 5 gig - all gone within one week (never had that problem, because 10 gig were always more than enough). I logged a case. 8ta responded that the case was solved, but clearly misunderstood the issue and only gave feedback on the amount of data that were bought and used. I logged another case explaining that I suspect my data bundle is being by a hacker or an inside person. l've tweeted twice and phoned to follow up on it after more than a week, just to found that it was NEVER logged. With the new month just 2 days away I don't know what to expect -will receive new gig but might lose that again. I am not satisfied with the way the issue were handled. Not only have I lost data, but also a lot of money.
