I have just received the most appalling service from your employees in Vodacom Constantia Village in Cape Town - they were purposely unhelpful and impolite, and unfortunately for your company this is not the first time I have encountered this approach at this shop. For such a high profile store, which is servicing many lucrative customers, i would strongly suggest that you take remedial action to train or replace these staff immediately.
