Last week thursday, I bought a vodaco sim card and changed from the network I was using to theirs. I registered my sim card and got the number and confirmation. I then bought airtime so I could activate my BIS, after a few hours after activation, it was still not functional. I called their call centre and was told to wait for 1 - 24 hours for the service to be active. The following day I called because it was still not active I was given instructions of what to do by different agents everytime I called... Its been 4 days now and the service is still not running... I have already lost 4 days of usage! And the problem is not the phone because I had BIS with the previous network which was working just fine... Its really annoying!!!
