48hrs later, my number os still not working

On the 15 March, Martin from Nash a Mobile was very professional & efficient when he sold me the upgrade, 13 days later, one number is still not working and I was told by Base than a and Sunday that this will be sorted within 2-48hrs, this number is being used by my husband for his work and now he is unable to communicate and he holds a senior position @ work, all his appointments and contact can not get a hold of him and as we are in the long weekend, he is unreachable in case of emergencies. Bottom line, cell c can not help us cause the contract is with Nashua and Nashua claims that they have done the number porting and the delay is with cell c, I really don't care just sort it out... when my husband calls Nashua he is told that he is not the contract holder but when he was helping me with the upgrading of our contract and even collecting the handsets they were happy to help him.
