On the 16 Mar 13 I contacted Nashua to change my cell number, 2 weeks later I was informed that the new number received from Nashua belongs to another person. Nashua promised to sort this out. On the 21 May 13 Leandri Pretorius contacted me to inform me that my number will change again within 24hours. On the 27 May 13 I received an email to inform me that my number has changed and they supplied a new number, but my old number was still active and I used the old number. On the 10 Jun 13 my number changed to the one that I received on 27 May 13 without prior warning, what a joke. Nobody could get hold of me and in a country of violence with hijackings my husband who works in Rustenburg and travels every day could not get hold of me this all due to the fact that I was not aware of the number change after the long time it took to change, is this the type of service you offer, promises that cannot be held. What benefits do I get from staying with Nashua I can just as well go straight to Vodacom and work through them.
