I ordered my iphone 5 in February/March and after numerous complaints of cell c being unreachable, I happily received my phone today. Only problem is, when I spoke to the consultant I could not have made it clearer that I wanted to port my number and I do not want to pay for 2 contracts at the same time, as I was cancelling my contract with Nashua Mobile to port to cell c. When I phoned to activate my sim today, the lady said that there was no note added to say the number should be ported. My response was that this is cell c's problem as i did request porting, after which she replied that she made a mistake, she can see the note. I just called again to see if the sim is activated, YES it is! But I asked the guy if it is with the same number as I have currently? NO, it is another number. :(
Now I need to contact the mobile porting department tomorrow!

I really am dispirited, when will you get it right cell c? Why should I contact you when you? How long is this going to take to sort out now? Nashua Mobile confirmed in March that they are ready to port 31 March 2013. Now I am probably paying for both contracts, because of your incompetence.
