I have sent Nashua Mobile the following email below and have not heard from them. The shows that they haven't got customer service.
I write this email with huge disappointment from Nashua Mobile and Cell C.
I am a loyal customer and my account is always paid up to date. I have been a customer of Nashua Mobile for several years now.
I have been very upset with my current contract from the day I got it. I have many problems with my phone as the internet didn't work, BBM didn't work and all calls cut out automatically. I phoned Nashua the first day I got the phone and they told me the phone should go for a software upgrade (However, when taking out a contract a person has an exchange guarantee that Nashua Mobile would not grant me with). Very upset with Nashua, I decided to take the phone to Nashua in Midrand on my own expense as I needed the phone. Nashua The Glen would not offer any phone to me while mine would be gone for several days. Nashua Midrand did a software upgrade and unfortunately the problems still went on and are still going on.
I write this email as this whole weekend I have been struggling with no signal, no internet and no messages
